    Refund policy

    We kindly ask that you take your time before making a purchase to avoid returns. If you do need to return an item, please email us to request a return and we will advise you of the next steps.

    Please note that as we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of returning items to us, or refund the original postage cost. If your order was eligible for free delivery, we will deduct the cost of delivery from the refund (unless the remainder of your order after the refund is over the total required for free delivery).

    We take every care to check items before they get sent out and package them carefully to avoid any damage in transit. Should you receive a damaged item, please email us as soon as you can with your order number and images of the damage and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.

    Please be aware that the sales of all sales items (those displaying a reduced price) are final and no exchange or refund will be offered in this instance. 

    We cannot accept returns on personal care goods (such as beauty products). 

    Refunds to debit and credit cards normally clear within ten days.  Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations.

    Monday can not be held responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

    Monday will refund all orders, including those placed overseas, in Sterling and so cannot be held liable for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequently loss of currency. All returns received from overseas will have import duties/fees which are applied by UK customs, deducted from the refund amount.
